Conical Extraction Tank (conventional type)
It occupies a small building space and is widely used in extraction workshops. There is a bottom heating on the discharge door to make the extraction of herbs more complete.
Straight Extraction Tank
The shape is small and large, inverted cone shape. The outstanding feature is that the slag is very convenient and occupies a short building space.
Mushroom Extraction Tank
The shape is big on top and small on bottom, which is mushroom-shaped. The upper large, boiling buffer space, not easy to run material; the lower small; liquid heat transfer fast, short heating time, extraction efficiency is higher.
1.Rotary slag discharge door
Full-automatic opening and closing lid: can achieve high temperature and high pressure extraction, rotary can reach more than 3Bar, to provide more options for the extraction process, but also to adapt to some special process requirements, safe and reliable, with full safety features, no leakage.
2.Quick-opening type slag discharge door
Can automatically open and close the lid, using a cylinder control, and additional safety devices to prevent accidental operation, high safety factor. Suitable for small and medium-sized slag outlet.
3.Large-diameter slag discharge door
It can open and close the lid fully automatically; it can realize high temperature and high pressure extraction, which provides more choices for the extraction process, and the slag discharge door is suitable for the slag discharge mode of large caliber inverted cone type extraction tank with high safety factor.
Optional equipment for extraction tank discharge system
1、The filter plate at the bottom of the extraction tank adopts two layers, one layer is the stainless steel support plate with thickness of 5-6mm, and the upper layer has a diameter of 10mm. On top of the support layer is a thin stainless steel plate with a thickness of 0.6mm, which is densely covered with 0.5×10mm of Long hole, relatively speaking, the long hole is more difficult to clog.
2、According to the customer’s material demand, we can install filtering cylinder on the inner liner of the extraction tank, which can be used as standing grain filter. The filtering area of the filtering cylinder is several times more than the area of the bottom, which solves the problem that the bottom of the extraction tank is easy to block the liquid.
